But, don’t freak out! I’ve got some easy tips to help you smooth out those feet for sandal season.
- Soak feet in Epsom salts and with warm water-
This softens the calluses making them easier to remove with a pumice stone or file. That’s not all, according to LiveStrong it helps to relieve muscle pain and stiffness and neutralizes foot odors. Best of all, it’s relaxing! - Use a foot rasp instead! For me, even better than foot files or pumice stone, is a rasp! These really work so much better. Just keep in in the shower and USE one to three times per week.
