I can’t tell you how many times I discussed this with Doctors and the answer was always the same-“there is nothing linking diet to acne”, they would tell me. WELL now there is and don’t you feel like you knew this all along?
Turns out some diets such as those containing high glycemic index foods, such as sugar and milk could exacerbate this skin condition, which by the way, is on the rise in adults. (source)
